The Housing Authority of the Town of Boonton, is located at 125 Chestnut Street, Boonton, NJ 07005. We have one mixed family high-rise (60 units); and one low-rise complex (14 units), for a total of 74 units. The Authority was created through a resolution of the Town of Boonton and organized as a public housing authority as defined by State Statute
The mission of the Authority is “to provide, through public and private partnerships, decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for low-income families, without discrimination; and to improve the quality of life for residents by promoting family self
sufficiency.”

The Boonton Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting quotes from qualified
Risk Management Consultants/Risk Management Companies to provide risk
management services in connection with BHA’s participation in the New
Jersey Public Housing Authority Joint Insurance Fund (NJPHA JIF). Firms
must be properly licensed in New Jersey, experienced in serving public
entities (public housing experience preferred), familiar with joint
insurance funds, and able to comply with all NJPHA JIF, pay-to-play,
business registration, and conflict-of-interest requirements. Services
will include coordination with NJPHA JIF, assistance with claims and
loss analysis, loss control and safety recommendations, training, and
annual coverage and risk management reporting.

Interested firms should
submit a brief statement of qualifications, proposed approach,
references, and fee proposal by October 1, 2026 to Sherry Sims,
